Queen bed, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, grill, espresso machine), central heat, 65 inch TV with Netflix, prime video, Hulu. 

Max 3 people, respectful with neighbors, no parties. No pets. Videocall required to get a vibe.

Available only during the weekends of January and February, slightly flexible on check in and out day.  $150 per day. $100 reservation (towards total), $500 damage deposit.
