Hi! I am looking for someone who sublease one of 2b2b apt at Hunters Point LIC for long-term starting ideally from March 1st. Short-term is available, too!

Building is located right next to waterfront. Nice and safe location for a walk. Market is one block away for convenient grocery shopping. As building features, we have 24hr doorman/ Package Room/ Elevator/ Gym/ Small Common Terrace.
 
You will have your own room with east facing window and your own bathroom. Laundry is in unit. Kitchen and living area will be shared.

There will be no one living in living space, so I am looking for who can get along well with. I am Korean, early 30s and working in design industry. I prefer a female young professional who is in my age range.

I am looking for a clean and quiet girl roommate in their late 20s or ealry 30s with a full-time job.

Couple common rules are here.
- Keep the common area clean after using
- Quiet time 11pm-7am
- No pets, No smoking
- No food waster to toilet
- Friends visiting allowed occasionally (less than 4 times a month) with notice in advance
