I am a female piano teacher seeking a roommate. You have the bedroom. I am there only a few hours a week to write my book on average. I will only use the living-room when I am there but in reality I am rarely there. Last time I was there to write was 4 weeks ago. I live 15 streets away. You can use the living room too. You pretty much have the apartment all to yourself. 

I can speak and write Chinese well. 

Apartment:
 The apt is super bright. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a desk. And 2 closets. AC is very powerful. You have a wall of windows with city view facing west. 

Other expenses :
We share electricity bill because it’s the summer, but I will pay for everything else.

Deposit:
Half month rent which I will give back to you 

Transportation:
Near train station Q,4,5,6  I’m on the high floor. Safe area with a lot of young people.convenient to everything
Next to express buses and local buses to downtown and cross town
