After living in this lovely room for more than 5 years, I'm moving out due to work. This is a 3-bedroom apartment shared by 3 people (including you). The smallest one is now for rental. The other 2 roommates are very quiet and respectful. We never bother each other and respect each other's personal space. As you can see in the photos, this is just a lovely small room. I'm leaving all the furniture to you (the desk, the chair, the bed frame, the mattress, and the drawer). The whole apartment is in moving-ready condition. We share all the kitchenware, a bathroom, and the living room.

For $700/month, you won't get a huge penthouse. However, this is the perfect place for the college student or one in a transition phase of their life. I moved in when I went to Forhdam and have been living here for more than 5 years. Sunnyside is the gem. You'll be 5 min away from the train station, tons of restaurants, and the laundromat is right downstairs. We never had any bug issues or rats. You can see greens right outside your window. Not to say Sunnyside is very quiet and probably the safest neighborhood in NYC.

The other two roommates both have full-time jobs. One will travel from time to time and may not even be at home. We never had any arguments or traffic in the bathroom. No big parties, no smoking, and no pets. If you have a partner, the other roommates will be more than happy to know them. However, please don't bring different people back every night. We still want to maintain a quiet space for everyone. One roommate never cooks and the other cooks 3 times a week.

The expectation for you is to pay rent on time, have a similar lifestyle, and be respectful. The utilities will be split among the three, which will be between $30-$70 per month. The internet will be another $30/month (they're thinking about a cheaper plan). The other 2 roommates are both males, so we hope to find another male roommate.

Moving date can be as soon as 8/21/2022. I have paid the full rent for August and you don't need to worry about that.
