About the apartment:
It is a studio as there are no doors to separate the living/bed area, office area and kitchen. But it is a large studio and great for work from home as there is a big room as you walk in the door which I use for an office. I fit 3 widescreen monitors on a 57 inch desk just fine and there is still room to spare. From the office area, there are 2 steps which descend onto the main living/bed area. I fit a table table tennis table, sofa, bed, a stationary bike and a lifting bench, with still plenty of room to spare. And without the table tennis table, which most people won't need, the area is huge. Attached to the living area is a kitchen and a dressing room. The bathroom is attached to the dressing room. There are also 3 large closets in the apartment (entry from the door, office, dressing room).

Location: Mid 30s Street between 5th & Madison Ave.

Price: $3000/month.
NOTE -- everything (the official paperwork and payment) will be done officially with the management company. I do believe the management company require 40x income and will run a credit check (not entirely sure but assume they do). They also require a 1 month deposit.

Misc: Centrally located but also super quiet as it does not face the street. I'm not sure of pet policy but I've seen tenants with dogs.
