For now, I’d like to offer you a rate of $50 per day for the 9 days rent for your cost saving and my convenience since it’s quite near the move-in date :) I prefer to rent it for the entire period rather than on a day-to-day basis. A $500 deposit is required, which will be refunded after confirming the condition. After you finish your stay and send me a video confirmation then I will directly refund your deposit.
