Private Room (NOT 1 BEDROOM OR STUDIO, JUST A PRIVATE ROOM) in a house for rent.  We require a credit/background check for this rental, and it cost around $40 from a 3rd party service.  It is performed by TransUnion and will be paid by the renter. 
If you do not have credit, that's fine, we just need other financial documents to ensure that you are financially capable of paying the rent. 

Now on to the description of the listing. 

This is only a private room, not the entire house. Internet, supplies (soap, toilet paper, cleaning, etc.) are included and furnished.  Utilities and water is included We will clean the common area 2 times a week, so it is very clean. Security cameras inside and outside the house, as well as electronic locks at all doors, so it is safe, secure, and well maintained.  

A few blocks from the Journal Square PATH train, so it's just a 10 minute walk to the station and then a 10 minute ride to WTC, so it is super convenient to NYC.  Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies are all within walking distance.  This is located at a great and central location, close to everything.

This room has a shared bathroom.

Extra-person costs $100 extra a month. Some pets are okay, but they cost $50 extra a month and require an extra $500 security deposit and you will have to sign an additional document for the care and maintenance of the pet. 

Pretty much you live here and pay rent, there's nothing for you to worry about
