我们公寓在上西区93街，出门3分钟就是中央公园，湖边🔵有网球场🎾，步行可到哥大！屋里家具一应俱全，有室内洗烘，开放厨房做饭方便。公寓旁边就是2所学校，社区非常安全。离地铁站很近，去哪里都是交通方便。室友们都很nice，现寻一位主卧室友，有独立卫生间。Deposit押金为一个月房租，move out时退还。房租月付。

We are looking for a new roommate. Our apartment is on 93rd Street upper west Manhattan, and it's very convenient to walk to Central Park and Columbia University. and the available room is the Master Bedroom which is fully furnished, and we have a shared kitchen which is convenient for cooking.
