The second bed has to share the bath with the person in the flex room. The flex wall is already in place and paid for by previous tenants. The apartment has an in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher and is equipped with all new kitchen appliances. The building has its own gym, yoga room, study/work room and 2 lounges with games and rooftop views (outdoor and 51st floor) of Manhattan. The room itself has great views which you can enjoy right from your bed. And ofc you don’t have to worry about sunlight as the room is basked in it most of the day and don’t even get me started about the view during sunset. The rent is $2014 per month with $1700 deposit. 

In regards to transportation, all the major lines are about a block or two away. There’s R/A/C/F right below the building at Jay St Metrotech and G about two away, 4/5 is also about a block away, B/Q/R/N  is about 5 minutes walk. Also, trader joes is also about a 5 minute walk. And for all the people going to NYU Brooklyn campus, all the buildings are about a minute or two away by foot.

The master bedroom is occupied by a NYU student and the flex is taken by a PACE student. Both are in their twenties.
